Microdental Laboratories Announces New Vice Presidents To Enhance Customer Relations Program

Dublin, CA – September 6, 2005 – MicroDental Laboratories, the world’s leading cosmetic dentistry laboratory and makers of industry-leading MAC Veneers™, today announced a restructuring of customer relations into three groups, designed to better serve the individual needs of doctors. Each of the three groups will be lead by a vice president.  The company has appointed two new vice presidents and is looking to add a third vice president to round out the customer relations group.

By breaking the customer relations group into three smaller groups, we can better address individual needs.”

Heather Martin was promoted to Vice President of Customer Relations from her previous position as Director of Industry Affiliations. Since joining MicroDental in 1996, Ms. Martin has served the company in a variety of technical and management capacities, playing a key role in the creation of the Micro Advanced Cosmetics division in 1997. She was also recognized with Woman of the Year awards for her impact in the dental industry by both the Women in Need Foundation and JP Consultants.

Randall Leininger joins Ms. Martin and MicroDental as a second Vice President of Customer Relations. Randall comes from Ultradent Products, Inc., where he most recently served as Vice President of Global Marketing. At Ultradent, Customer Relations Management was among his primary functions, and he worked both domestically and abroad with large teams on product management, advertising, institutional marketing, corporate events and exhibitions
